OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

I. ELIGIBILITY. No purchase is necessary to enter, and all contests on WLVG-FM are open to all persons age 18 and over, unless otherwise specified in contest-specific rules. Employees and families of Barnstable Broadcasting Company, its affiliates, other radio stations, record companies, and participating sponsors and their affiliates are not eligible.

II. GENERAL PRIZE INFORMATION. One winner per household per thirty (30) days. Winners of prizes valued at more than six hundred dollars ($600) must wait a total of six (6) months before becoming eligible to win additional prizes from WLVG-FM. Qualifiers must reside or be employed within the geographic listening area of WRCN-FM. Prize winners must present valid identification and proof of age to claim prize. Winner is subject to state, local, and federal taxes where applicable. If for any reason the winner is unable to utilize the prize on the dates given, subsequent draws will be made until a qualified winner is drawn. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitute prizes will be awarded under any circumstances. Prizes may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Prizes may be claimed at least twenty-four (24) hours after winning, and within thirty (30) days, at 3241 Route 112, Building 7, Medford, NY 11763. Pick-up hours are Business Days, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. In the event of any disagreement regarding contestants, winners or qualification of winners, or adequacy or value of the prize, the decision of Barnstable Broadcasting Company shall remain final. All prizes will be awarded. Prize winners must sign hold harmless and indemnity agreement, agreeing to hold WLVG-FM, its licensee, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest. Void where prohibited.

III. RELEASE. By entering a contest on WLVG-FM, each participant in the contest, including all winners, acknowledge that WLVG-FM and Barnstable Broadcasting Company will have the right to reproduce, publicize, and broadcast his or her name, likeness, and all matters incidental thereto without compensation.

IV. CONTEST-SPECIFIC RULES. All rules specific to individual contests are created by WLVG-FM Management, and its legal council if necessary. Decision of Barnstable Broadcasting management with regard to rules, specifications, qualifiers, winners, and prizes, is final.

a. Weekday Contesting: Listen to WLVG weekdays at 7:50am for the Word of the Day Announcement.
b. When you hear a WLVG jock use the Word of the Day, the first caller will win a copy of either Sesame Street Dinosaurs or Sesame Street Love the Earth on DVD. The winner will qualify for one Sesame Place Grand Prize trip including two-night hotel stay, Elmo Any 2-day passes, and Breakfast with Elmo + Friends. The jock will notify the winner which DVD they are winning when they take the winners information.
d. The word will be used once per day at different times of each day between 9am and 5pm.
e. WLVG will award one (1) individual winner each weekday from 7/7- 7/18 with a copy of either Sesame Street Dinosaurs or Sesame Street Love the Earth on DVD and each winner will qualify for one Sesame Place Grand Prize trip including two-night hotel stay, Elmo Any 2-day passes, and Breakfast with Elmo + Friends
f. The Grand Prize winner will be selected on 7/21. The winner will be called and announced on air.
Description of the Grand Prize

A total of one (1) Grand Prizes will be awarded in this contest. Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for four (4) people, which includes: two-night hotel stay (one room); four (4) Elmo Any-two day tickets (valid until 10/25/08); four (4) Breakfast with Elmo + Friends. There are no substitutions. Meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are winner’s responsibility. Other restrictions may apply. All trips must be taken by October 25, 2008. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. Winners and winners’ travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. Other restrictions may apply. ARV = $843.28.

Contest prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash.

V. These are the official contest rules of WLVG-FM. These rules may be subject to change without notice if necessary to comply with the Telecommunications Act of 1996, rules and regulations of the FCC, or any applicable law.
